The accessibility review covers keyboard operation, focus behaviour, colour contrast, semantic structure, forms, links, headings, alternative text, responsive layouts, and compatibility with assistive technology. Findings are assessed against current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and relevant Section 508 requirements.
The usability review examines navigation, content clarity, system feedback, consistency, error prevention, task flows, cognitive load, and the ease with which users can find information or complete important actions. This combines accessibility testing with established usability heuristics to show where the interface creates friction and why.
Each audit produces a clear, prioritised report. Issues are documented with supporting evidence, severity ratings, affected users, and practical recommendations for design, content, and development. The result is not a generic automated score. It is an actionable plan for improving access, reducing confusion, and creating a more reliable experience for the people using the product.
